1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Mix the eggs with brown sugar, cinnamon, cream and vanilla sugar. Place the pastry in a round spring form pan and prick the base with a fork several times.
3. First distribute the grated chocolate on the pastry. Peel the bananas and cut into thick diagonal slices approx. 1 cm (1/2 inch) thick. Then spread evenly over the pastry.
4. Pour on the sugar-egg mass and bake in a pre-heated oven for approx. 35 minutes at 200°C (400°F). To finish, garnish the tart with grated chocolate and serve with a ball of vanilla ice cream.
