1. Preheat oven to 220 °C (425°F).
2. Unroll Wewalka Croissant dough on baking paper and place on a baking tray. Cut dough along lines to get 6 triangles.
3. On each of the triangle base, add your sausage filling. Then moisten edges of triangle by water and roll up from base. Make sure that the filling is quite sealed.
4. Brush each Croissant with yolk. Bake on middle rack for approx. 15-20 minutes until golden brown is reached.
