1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. De-case sausages and cook for 3 minutes or until sausage is cooked through. Remove pan from heat.
3. Unroll refrigerated Wewalka Pizza Dough and place with baking paper onto baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over top of crust and top with cheese, sausage, sliced peppers and red pepper flakes.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Top with your choice of fresh kale or arugula. Slice and serve.
