competence lies in producing fresh doughs and pastries of
the highest quality as well as in planning and realising

Competence
Our major strengths are experience,
flexibility and the capacity to respond swiftly. Originally
a production facility for egg-foam products, in recent years
we have developed into a competence centre for two of the
most dynamic product groups within the international food
trade: Fresh doughs and pastries and fresh baked goods of
the highest confectioner's quality.
