Our company

We are medium-sized family company with main offices in Sollenau (30 km south of Vienna). Our core competence lies in producing fresh doughs and pastries of the highest quality as well as in planning and realising projects with our trade partners. Furthermore, direct sales of bakery products in own factory outlet.

Competence

Our major strengths are experience, flexibility and the capacity to respond swiftly. Originally a production facility for egg-foam products, in recent years we have developed into a competence centre for two of the most dynamic product groups within the international food trade: Fresh doughs and pastries and fresh baked goods of the highest confectioner's quality.

Philosophy

We regard ourselves as in the business of developing and implementing complete solutions and concepts that result in added value to the food industry and to our business partners in all of Europe. We analyse consumer behaviour and are knowledgeable of food consumption habits, and we also know our customers and their needs. A state-of-the-art logistics system and a superior level of customer service allow us to realise tailor-made concepts for our customers.
