1. Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F).
2. Peel the onions and cut into strips. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until glazed. Cut the cheese into small pieces. Finely chop the parsley, mix with the cheese and season with salt and pepper.
3. Mix the eggs, yolk and cream for the glaze. Mix the onions with the glaze mass.
4. Place Wewalka quiche dough in a round, greased tin and pull up the edges. Distribute the cheese on the pastry and then pour on the glaze mass. Bake in the oven at 180 °C (360°F) for approx. 35 minutes.
